To guarantee a seat on board, you must purchase tickets in advance. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, please book well in advance. Tickets can be purchased with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express online at desertbelle.com/tickets or by calling 480-984-2425.

On the relaxing 80 minute Narration Cruise you will see exotic Arizona wildlife, towering canyon walls, and dramatic desert vistas. It’s the perfect spot to bring out-of-town guests because it allows you to experience the magnificent desert beauty and natural wildlife of spectacular Saguaro Lake—one of the Valley’s hidden treasures.
There is a snack bar on the boat that serves bottled water/soda, beer, wine, cocktails, popcorn and various other snacks. Credit cards only are accepted.No outside food or beverage is allowed to be brought on board with the exception of bottled water. All bags are subject to search.
We gladly welcome ADA Service Animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Therapy Animals, Emotional Support Animals, and Comfort Animals are not considered Service Animals under ADA guidelines.
Passengers may begin checking in a the ticket booth at the lake approximately one hour before your departure time. Passengers are seated in the order in which they check in.
Seats are selected on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, we do have life jackets on board for every passenger. Arizona State Law requires that all children ages 12 and under wear life jackets.
The lower enclosed cabin is climate controlled. Indoor seating is limited.
Yes, the Desert Belle is handicap accessible. This includes a wheel chair accessible bathroom and grab bar. The Marina also has ramps that lead to the dock for boarding the Desert Belle via wheelchair.
Yes, there are two bathrooms on board the Desert Belle.
No. Due to Arizona State Law, smoking is not allowed aboard the boat. This includes vape pens and any e-cigarettes.
Parking is Free. A parking permit is NOT required to park for the Desert Belle in the Marina parking lot.
The Desert Belle runs rain or shine. In the rare situation where we are forced to cancel the event due to inclimate weather, you will be allowed to reschedule to another time (subject to availability). Please keep in mind that in the event of light rain, indoor seating is limited.
The Desert Belle does not currently offer private charters.
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any occasion. To purchase a gift certificate, please call 480-984-2425 or purchase gift certificates online here.
Strollers are allowed on the lower deck ONLY. For safety reasons, strollers are not permitted on the upper deck.
There is a possibility that the roads that access Saguaro Lake may be closed from time to time throughout this holiday weekend when the lake reaches automobile capacity. If you should encounter a road closure, please show the Sheriff department officer your email confirmation and show them, or simply tell them, that you have a ticket. Please plan on extra time as we anticipate that traffic will be heavy throughout the weekend. Thank you!
Uber and Lyft will drop you off, however, THEY WILL NOT PICK YOU UP. We DO NOT recommend using Uber or Lyft.
